Pollinator Partnership Canada Land Acknowledgment

Pollinator Partnership Canada acknowledges the value of Indigenous peoples' historical and ongoing advocacy, protection, and care of biodiversity and Earth systems. With staff distributed across North America, we recognize that the lands we are located on are as diverse as the Indigenous nations and communities who historically and currently inhabit them. Our staff are currently located on the territories of: the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, the Métis, the Wendake-Nionwentsïo, Yellowknives Dene First Nation, the Algonquin First Nation, the Attiwonderonk, the Stz’uminus, the Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group, the Tsawwassen, the Stó:lō, the Musqueam,  the Kwantlen, the Cayuse, the Umatilla and Walla Walla people. 

Our Board of Directors are located on the territories of: the Ramaytush and Muwekma Ohlone peoples, the Anishinabewaki, the Haudenosaunee, the Wendake-Nionwentsïo, the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Attiwonderonk.

May we continue to learn, humble ourselves, and work toward being better allies in relation with the land and the Indigenous peoples of the places we work in and call home.
